Development and Teaching Practice of Heat Transfer Experimental Device

  • In order to improve students' practical ability to analyze and solve engineering problems, this paper optimizes the structure, measurement method and operation process of existing heat transfer experimental devices. The developed experimental device not only facilitates experimental operation, data acquisition and device maintenance, but also introduces the measurement of the thermal resistance of the scale layer, enriches the experimental content, and strengthens the application of heat transfer knowledge in engineering. Practice shows that the development has deepened the students' understanding and application of heat transfer theory, and also enabled students to better grasp the experimental operation process and data collection methods, and stimulate students to explore the natural sciences' curiosity and improve students' energy-saving awareness and engineering problem solving capabilities.
