Thinking on Laboratory Management of Agricultural Colleges and Universities

The laboratory of agricultural colleges and universities is an important position for conducting experimental teaching, academic research, and social services, and is also an important indicator for measuring the level of university teaching. This paper combs the current status and problems of laboratory management in agricultural colleges and universities, such as imperfect laboratory open management, inadequate, lack of effective planning, security risks and unclear responsibilities of laboratory managers. At the same time, combined with the laboratory management experience of Shanxi Agricultural University, some thoughts were put forward to solve the above problems reasonably and provide theoretical reference for the management of other university laboratories.
