Research on Construction of Integrated Training Environment for Post Oriented Communication Line Specialty

In view of the problems existing in the construction of professional training environment in military academies,this pa-per studies the construction and application methods of professional training environment for communication lines. On the basis of ana-lyzing the tasks of the communication line,firstly,the communication line practice ability standard was established,and then the en-vironmental construction model was established according to the practical ability standard. The training environment was designed ac-cording to the construction model,and the infield and outfield were built according to the training environment. Integrated training ground for joint,installation and simulation. Finally,through the training subjects that cover the full coverage of the capability ele-ments,the sharing and comprehensive utilization of the training environment resources is realized. Practice has proved that the train-ing environment built by this method has played an important role in personnel training,professional construction and transformation of scientific research achievements,and also provided reference for other professional venue construction.
