Exploration of Collaborative Openness of Teaching and Research Laboratories

Focusing on the theme of university laboratory opening,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of laboratory opening,and puts forward suggestions for optimization in the following aspects,including establishing a sound management system,rationally distributing experimental sites,constructing a good experimental environment,and regulating the use of instru-ments and equipment,deepening the implementation of safety management,strengthening the management of experimental processes, building first-class experimental teams and establishing a variety of open forms. In order to better play the supporting role of the labora-tory in scientific research and personnel training,it is necessary to construct a collaborative management model and operation mecha-nism of teaching and research laboratories to promote the efficient operation of the laboratory.
