Teaching Improvement of Microbiology Aseptic Technique Experiment

The experimental teaching of aseptic operation technology plays an important role in microbiology experiment.This paper analyzes the main problems in the aseptic operation of the students using the inoculation loop for slanting inoculation,which includes the lack of illustration,ambiguity in the operation scope beside the flame of alcohol lamp and insufficient prompts for attention,etc..Based on this,a method for improving the teaching content is proposed.For the use of cotton plugs in the test tube,it is safer and more effective to sterilize the nozzle,and then form a new step of inoculation.The teaching practice shows that the improved method works well and effectively improves the teaching quality of the experimental course.
