Construction of Environmental and Municipal Engineering Experimental Teaching Center in the Background of Local University Type Transformation

The professional experimental teaching demonstration center is an important practice base for the cultivation of applied talents.In this paper,the construction of experimental teaching center for majors of environmental and municipal engineering was taken as an example under the background of transformation of local university.It explores and discusses the ways to strengthen students' engineering practice ability and innovative ability,students' application innovation ability training,employment demand integration and experimental teaching quality guarantee mechanism.Through the construction of the experimental teaching center,the quality of experimental teaching will be promoted,and finally the goal of cultivating advanced engineering and technical talents with petrochemical characteristics will be achieved.
