Abstract:
As the backbone of promoting laboratory development, ensuring experimental teaching, and maintaining analysis and testing services, the experimental technical team has multiple types of role positioning. Its quality determines the level of laboratory construction in universities and is related to the development of school discipline construction. Due to the influence of traditional concepts and the constraints of the actual environment, there are still many problems in the construction of the experimental team at this stage. Combining relevant influencing factors, starting with scientific role positioning, reasonable working structure, standardized policy formulation, professional skills and ability training, based on three new directions, we can realize the building of experimental technical team with high-level, high-quality, high-happiness.
