基于HACCP理念的高校实验室安全隐患排查与监控研究

Investigation and Monitoring of Hidden Safety Hazards in University Laboratory Based on HACCP Concept

  • 摘要: 随着高校实验室建设的蓬勃发展,实验室安全影响因素日益繁杂,风险剧增。纵观实验室的安全隐患点,它们各有特点,且危险程度不尽相同。该文应用危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)管理原理,对影响高校实验室安全的诸多因素进行分析评估,找出显著影响因素,确定关键控制点,并通过“组建一支队伍、制定二项载体、落实三种协同”等措施,构建对实验室安全隐患进行高效排查与精准监控的管理方法,为提高实验室安全防范效率,减少实验室事故概率和降低实验室事故伤害程度保驾护航。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of laboratory construction in colleges and universities, the factors affecting laboratory safety are becoming more and more complicated, and the risks are increasing dramatically. Looking at the potential safety hazards in the laboratory, they each have their own characteristics and their degrees of danger vary. This article applies the principles of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) management, analyzes and evaluates many factors that affect the laboratory safety of colleges and universities, finds out the significant influencing factors, determines the critical control points, and through “building one team and developing two carriers and implementation of three synergies” measures to build a management method for efficient investigation and accurate monitoring of laboratory safety hazards, in order to improve the efficiency of laboratory safety, reduce the probability of laboratory accidents, and reduce the extent of laboratory accident injuries.
