Abstract: Training innovative talents is an important task for universities. In the new situation of engineering education professional certification, how to implement innovative experimental programs for college students and cultivate innovative talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems is worth exploring and researching. First of all, it analyzes the innovative experimental program, the related ability and quality training of complex engineering problems, and points out its relevance. Then it further studies and analyzes the cultivation of the ability and quality of college students’ innovative experiments to solve complex engineering problems. Finally, it analyzes the process of college students’ innovative experiments.
