Construction of Simulation Experiment Platform for Marshalling Station Operation and Experimental Teaching

  • 摘要: 编组站具有车场多、区域广、设备种类及数量庞大、工种多、作业流程复杂及多岗位协同作业等特点。编组站综合自动化系统在我国编组站广泛应用,对人才培养和行业从业人员提出更新更高要求。编组站作业仿真实验平台以大型编组站作业流程为原型,构建了高度仿真编组站到达、解体、集结、编组、出发全流程全环节的实验实训环境。以强化学生知识理解应用和技能培养、创新能力提升为导向,依托实验平台,设计层次化、多元化实验项目,按照递进贯通式教学模式,实现对编组站作业的单环节单岗位、多环节多岗位、全环节全流程的综合训练,有效提升学生专业技能、专业素养和创新实践能力。

     

    Abstract: The marshalling station is a station with multi-yards, wide areas, multi-types and quantities of equipment, multi-work, complex operation process and multi post cooperative operation. The integrated automation system of marshalling station is widely used in marshalling stations in China, which puts forward higher requirements for talent training and industry employees. The marshalling station operation simulation experiment platform takes the operation process of large marshalling station as the prototype, and constructs an experimental environment for highly simulating the whole process of arrival, disassembly, assembly, marshalling and departure of marshalling station. Hierarchical and diversified experimental projects are designed oriented by strengthening students’ knowledge understanding and application, skill training and innovation ability improvement based on the experimental platform, and the comprehensive training of single link, single post, multi- link, multi-post and whole process of marshalling station operation are realized through the progressive and integrating teaching mode, as well as students’ professional skills and innovation practice ability are effectively improved.
