Optimization of Implementation Guidelines for the Construction of Medical Experimental Technical Teams in the New Era

  • 摘要: 针对实验技术队伍建设中存在的设岗、考核、晋升等几方面问题,多数高校从学校政策层面给出了解决方案,而对政策指导下的具体实施细则报道较少。该文以深圳大学医学部为例,列举了医学类高校实验技术队伍建设中存在的问题,并详述医学部在优化设岗、量化工作、完善考核、明确发展等方面的具体实施细则。实践表明,以上探索对优化医学实验技术队伍建设有积极作用。

     

    Abstract: There are several problems in the construction of experimental technical teams, including position establishment, performance assessment, and career advancement. While most colleges and universities provide solutions from the policy level, there is limited reporting on specific implementation guidelines under these policies. This paper takes Shenzhen University Medical School as an example, identifying problems in the construction of experimental technical teams in medical universities, detailing the specific implementation guidelines of the school in optimizing position establishment, quantifying workloads, improving assessment systems, and clarifying career development. Practice has shown that these approaches play a positive role in optimizing the construction of medical experimental technical teams.
