果蝇遗传学虚拟仿真实验教学设计与实践

Teaching Design and Practice of the Virtual Simulation Experiment for Fruit Fly Genetics

  • 摘要: 遗传学是高校生命科学类专业的核心基础课程之一,遗传学实验课程教学占据十分重要的地位。在目前开展的本科遗传学实验教学中,通过果蝇杂交实验来验证经典遗传学的三大定律是遗传学课程学习的重点与难点,也是实验教学的核心内容之一。该文针对传统果蝇杂交实验教学存在的一些难以规避的问题,借助虚拟仿真技术,开发果蝇杂交虚拟仿真实验系统,设计经典遗传实验的线上线下混合式教学模式,从而有效整合学习资源,提高实验教学质量,培养学生科研素养与创新能力。

     

    Abstract: Genetics is one of the core foundational courses for life science majors in colleges and universities, and its experimental teaching plays a crucial role. In the current undergraduate genetics experimental teaching, it is a key and difficult point to verify the three laws of classical genetics through fruit fly hybridization experiments, and it is also one of the core contents of the experimental teaching. To address the inherent challenges of traditional fruit fly hybridization experiment teaching, a virtual simulation experiment system for fruit fly hybridization is proposed and a blended learning model for classical genetics experiments is designed. This approach effectively integrates learning resources, improves the quality of experimental teaching and cultivates students’ scientific literacy and innovative abilities.
