Abstract: The application and exploration of the virtual reality technology in tourism experimental teaching is explored, and its important role is elaborated by analyzing its characteristics and advantages. This technology provides students with immersive learning experiences, and enhances their understanding and mastery of professional knowledge about tourism. Moreover, it effectively reduces the costs and safety risks in traditional tourism experimental teaching.
