发展新质生产力背景下的工程训练项目化教学体系研究

A Study on Project-Based Teaching System for Engineering Training in the Context of Developing New Quality Productivities

  • 摘要: 在发展新质生产力背景下,对高校工程实践教育人才的培养提出了更高的要求。该文以新质人才工程实践与创新能力培养为目标,针对工程训练项目化教学存在的问题,探索项目化教学改革新思路,构建多层级融入贯通的创新课程体系,探索迭代式项目化教学新模式。根据不同专业人才培养特点,结合工程训练中心现有软硬件设备和师资,建立四层次耦合递进的项目资源库,并将思政和劳动育人融入项目。从评价主体、内容、指标和方法等角度出发,建立“五维度、四主体、三结合”的项目化教学评价体系,形成适合新质生产力发展的工程训练项目化教学体系,为工程训练项目化教学改革和实施提供了参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The development of new quality productivities places greater demands on the cultivation of talents in engineering practice in universities. Focusing on the goal of cultivating engineering practice and innovation skills among “talents for new-quality productivities”, existing challenges in project-based teaching for engineering training are addressed. It explored new strategies for project-based teaching reform is explored, a multi-level, integrated, and innovative curriculum system is constructed, and a novel iterative model for project-based teaching is proposed. By addressing the distinct cultivation needs of various majors and leveraging the Engineering Training Center’s existing resources—including software, hardware, and faculty expertise—the study established a four-tiered, coupled, and progressive project resource library. This library integrated ideological and political education with labor education into its projects. From the perspectives of evaluators, content, indicators, and methods, a “five-dimension, four-evaluator, three-integration” assessment system is established. This system fosters a project-based teaching framework for engineering training suited to the demands of new quality productivities, thereby providing a practical reference for the reform and implementation of such educational models.
