Abstract:
Based on a scientific research project, a comprehensive experiment of switching fluorescent carbon dots for the detection of Ag
+ was designed. According to the “OFF-ON” switching fluorescence detection mode, the fluorescence of the synthesized yellow fluorescent carbon dots (Y-CDs) was quenched by Ag
+, and then the fluorescence of the quenched Y-CDs was completely restored by adding thiourea. Compared with the basic experiments of ordinary analytical chemistry, this experiment includes the knowledge of analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis and other disciplines, which involves many knowledge points and requires high comprehensive quality of students. Students can have a deep understanding of the frontier science and technology of fluorescent carbon point, which is conducive to stimulating the learning interest and scientific research enthusiasm of students majoring in applied chemistry in the experimental course, and is conducive to cultivating their innovation ability. It can meet the requirements of professional certification of engineering education for personnel training.
