基于TOE理论的高校虚拟仿真资源应用影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Application of Virtual Simulation Resources in Universities Based on TOE Theory

  • 摘要: 为厘清影响高校虚拟仿真资源应用的关键因素,文章基于“技术—组织—环境”(TOE)框架从平台基础、支持条件、管理制度三大维度构建了高校虚拟仿真资源应用影响因素模型。基于我国788所高校的调研数据,分析虚拟仿真资源应用现状以及不同高校的应用差异,并采用相关及回归分析方法。结果表明,高校虚拟仿真资源主要应用于虚拟实验教学,学校虚拟仿真实验室数量、虚拟仿真实验教学项目数、数字资源共享服务均对虚拟仿真资源应用有显著的正向影响。文章提出推进虚拟仿真教学软硬件环境的智能化升级、加强交互式虚拟仿真教学资源的建设力度、深化虚拟仿真实验资源的开放共享模式、优化虚拟仿真资源深度应用的保障制度等相关建议。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the key factors affecting the application of virtual simulation resources in universities, this article constructed a model based on the “Technology Organization Environment” (TOE) framework from three dimensions. Based on 788 universities’ data, this study analyzed the current status of virtual simulation resource application. Relevant and regression analysis methods were used. The results indicate that virtual simulation resources in universities are mainly used for virtual experimental teaching. The number of virtual simulation laboratories, the number of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects, and digital resource sharing services all have significant positive impact on the application of virtual simulation resources. The article proposes some relevant suggestions, such as upgrading the software and hardware environment of virtual simulation teaching, building interactive virtual simulation teaching resources, promoting the open sharing of virtual simulation experimental resources, and establishing application guarantee system for virtual simulation resources.
