线上线下混合式单晶X射线衍射实验教学实践及数字教学资源建设

An Online and Offline Hybrid Teaching Model for Single-Crystal X-Ray Diffraction with Digital Instructional Resource Development

  • 摘要: 单晶X射线衍射实验是材料、化学、生物医药等专业的一个重要仪器实验,然而受课时限制,传统教学模式下学生难以充分掌握实验技能。该文构建了一种线上线下互动的混合式实验教学模式,涵盖课前在线理论预习与测验、课中指导与实验实施以及课后巩固与拓展实践训练,旨在全面提高学生的单晶X射线衍射实验技能。同时,在教学过程中引入基于CSD数据库构建的晶体结构解析与精修数字教学资源,以解决现有实验教学中单晶结构解析与精修环节薄弱的问题。实践结果显示,该线上线下混合式教学模式收效显著,学生的实验水平和单晶结构解析与精修技能得以明显提升。

     

    Abstract: The single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiment is a crucial instrumental analysis course in majors such as materials science, chemistry, and biomedical science. However, due to limited class hours, students struggle to fully master experimental skills under the traditional teaching mode. This study constructs an online-offline interactive hybrid teaching model for the experiment, covering pre-class online theoretical preview and quizzes, in-class guidance and experimental implementation, and post-class consolidation and extended practical training. The model aims to comprehensively enhance students’ skills in single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments. Additionally, digital instructional resources for crystal structure determination and refinement, developed based on the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD), are introduced into the teaching process to address the current weakness in single-crystal structure determination and refinement in experimental instruction. Practical results indicate that the online-offline hybrid teaching model is highly effective, significantly improving students’ experimental proficiency and their skills in single-crystal structure determination and refinement.
