基于嵌入式实验技能拓展在医学物理学实验教学中的设计及应用实践

Teaching Method Design and Practical Application Based on Experimental Skill Expansion Embedded in Medical Physics Experimental teaching

  • 摘要: 在实验教学学时减少情况下,为了更好将理论教学与实验教学有效衔接、相互辅助,实验室进行了在实验教学过程中嵌入实验技能拓展的探索。目的:探讨基于嵌入式实验技能拓展在医学物理学实验中的教学设计及实践效果。方法:整体选取2023级影像学专业(n=126人)学生研究对象,通过合理的教学设计将实验技能拓展以嵌入的方式融合进实验教学中,整个实验教学过程均采用该教学模式;整体选取2022级影像学专业(n=119人)学生作为对照组,该组学生在医学物理实验教学过程中采取的是传统教学模式。两组学生在年龄、性别方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)结果:试验组学生理论测试成绩(79.78±10.583)分优于对照组学生(74.86±12.092)分其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学生的四次平时成绩(88.452±2.52)分与对照组学生(87.724±4.56)分其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组学生在增强学习兴趣、提高学习主动性、增强自主学习意识、临床思维提升、促进团队协作精神等自我评价以及教学满意度方面的总体评价百分占比均较高。结论:基于嵌入式实验技能拓展在医学物理学实验中的应用实践,可以培养学生在实验中善于观察和总结的科学素养,加深对实验原理或实验结论的理解和掌握,增强学生理论联系实际的应用能力。

     

    Abstract: In view of the small number of class hours in experimental teaching, the limited class hours require the effective connection between theoretical teaching and experimental teaching, mutual assistance and teaching requirements, the laboratory has carried out the exploration of embedding experimental skills development in the process of experimental teaching. Objective To explore the teaching design and practical effect of embedded experimental skill development in medical physics experiments. Methods All the students majoring in imaging in the 2023 grade were selected as the research subjects. Through reasonable teaching design, the expansion of experimental skills is integrated into experimental teaching in an embedded way. As the control group, the students majoring in imaging of the 2022 grade adopted the traditional teaching mode. Result The theoretical test scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those of the students in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The overall evaluations of the students in the experimental group in terms of enhancing learning interest, improving learning initiative, strengthening autonomous learning awareness, enhancing clinical thinking, promoting teamwork spirit, self-evaluation, and teaching satisfaction were all better. Conclusion This teaching method can cultivate students' scientific literacy of being good at observation and summary, not only deepening their understanding and mastery of knowledge, but also enhancing their ability to connect theory with practice.
