基于飞秒激光的血管支架加工教学实验设计

Design of a Teaching Experiment on the Processing of Vascular Stents Based on Femtosecond Laser

  • 摘要: 培养对临床需求和工程技术有全面认识的复合型人才,融合医学与工程学知识,进而解决实际医疗问题,对服务人民生命健康需求有重要的促进作用。心血管支架作为治疗心血管疾病的重要医疗器械,其制造过程涉及众多学科知识与技术的融合应用,是培养医工交叉人才的理想载体。本文设计了一项飞秒激光加工血管支架的本科医工交叉实验,以构建心血管支架飞秒激光制造流程为切入点,培养学生从底层到应用的思维模式,建立对机械、控制、光学、软件等多学科的基础认识,实现了软件编写和支架的制造。通过这样系统的培养过程,学生在掌握扎实专业知识的同时,也积累了丰富的实践经验,实现产教研融合的教学目的,为医疗器械相关教学课程提供了实践基础。

     

    Abstract: Cultivating interdisciplinary talents with a comprehensive understanding of clinical needs and engineering technologies, integrating medical and engineering knowledge, and solving practical medical problems play a crucial role in safeguarding the people’s lives and health. As an important medical device for treating cardiovascular diseases, the manufacturing process of cardiovascular stents involves the integrated application of knowledge and technologies from numerous disciplines, making it an ideal medium for cultivating medical- engineering interdisciplinary talents. In the experiment, taking the construction of the femtosecond laser manufacturing process of cardiovascular stents as the starting point, students are trained to develop a thinking mode from the underlying principles to practical applications. They can establish a basic understanding of multiple disciplines such as machinery, control, optics, and software, and achieve software programming and stent manufacturing. Through such a systematic engineering training process, students can not only attain a profound comprehension of professional knowledge, but also accrue an extensive array of practical experiences, laying a solid foundation for their future academic research and work.
