单相CHB-NPC多电平逆变器实验平台设计

Design of experimental platform for single-phase cascaded H-bridge NPC multilevel inverter

  • 摘要: 针对传统电力电子教学控制算法移植效率低的问题,搭建了一种单相级联H桥NPC多电平逆变器实验平台。该实验平台硬件部分包括LC滤波模块、采样模块、单相级联三电平逆变器功率板模块和DSP嵌入式控制板模块等,软件部分采用MATLAB/Simulink自动代码生成技术,实现DSP控制算法代码的快速生成。最后,以有限集模型预测算法的实现为案例,详细说明实验平台运行原理,实验结果表明,该平台能够高效完成算法的设计与验证。

     

    Abstract: A single-phase cascaded H-bridge NPC multilevel inverter experimental platform was built to address the low efficiency of transplanting traditional power electronics teaching control algorithms. The hardware part of the experimental platform includes LC filtering module, sampling module, single-phase cascaded three-level inverter power board module, and DSP embedded control board module. The software part adopts MATLAB/Simulink automatic code generation technology to achieve fast generation of DSP control algorithm code. Finally, taking the implementation of finite set model prediction algorithm as an example, the operating principle of the experimental platform is explained in detail. The experimental results show that the platform can efficiently complete the design and verification of the algorithm.
