数智技术赋能高校高温高压设备安全管理与探索

Digital-Intelligent Technology Empowers Safety Management and Exploration of High-Temperature and High-Pressure Equipment in University

  • 摘要: 生物质资源作为一种重要的可再生资源,其高值化利用在教学和科研中扮演着极为重要的角色。高温高压设备是高校开展生物质高值化利用实验的关键设备,但该类设备在使用过程中可能面临高温、高压及气体泄露等安全风险。为了最大限度保障人身、设备和财产安全,四川大学轻工科学与工程学院对高温高压设备的管理提出了一系列创新性的管理措施。通过智能化硬件升级、信息化管理系统的应用、全方位安全教育体系的构建,尤其是基于大数据分析的预测性维护和智能监控系统的部署,有效提升了高温高压设备的安全管理水平,为高校实验室安全管理提供了宝贵的实践经验。

     

    Abstract: As an important renewable resource, the high-value utilization of biomass resources plays a crucial role in both teaching and research. The utilization of high-temperature and high-pressure equipment is essential for biomass valorization experiments in university laboratories. However, these devices may pose safety risks such as high temperature, high pressure and gas leak during operation. To comprehensively ensure the safety of personal, equipment, and property, the College of Biomass Science and Engineering of Sichuan University has implemented innovative management strategies for high-temperature and high-pressure equipment. These strategies include upgrading intelligent hardware, applying information management systems, establishing a multi-dimensional safety education system, especially the deploying of predictive maintenance and intelligent monitoring system based on big data analytics. These initiatives have significantly enhanced safety management standards of the high-temperature and high-pressure equipment and offer valuable practical experience for safety governance in academic laboratories.
