Construction and Practice of Intelligent Factory Training Platform Combining Virtuality and Reality

  • 摘要: 面向智能工厂建设背景下企业对智能制造、数字孪生、产线优化等高端工程技术人才的迫切需求,为解决当前工程训练实践教学系统性差、实践成本高、学生专业单一等问题,设计并建设了虚实结合的智能工厂实训平台,构建了智能工厂产线优化实践教学体系并开展多维度的实践考核。课程通过融入虚实结合、产品全生命周期管理、价值流图、工艺数据分析等方法,提高了学生的系统性思维和解决复杂工程问题的能力。实践结果表明,虚实结合的实训平台有效提高了智能工厂实践的教学质量,实践教学体系可以高效地完成智能工厂产线优化目标,为智能制造相关专业实践教学提供了新的思路与路径。

     

    Abstract: In response to the urgent demand of enterprises for high-end engineering and technical talents in intelligent manufacturing, digital twin, production line optimization, etc. under the background of intelligent factory construction, and in order to solve the problems of poor systematization, high practical costs, and single majors of students in current engineering training and practical teaching, an intelligent factory practical training platform combining virtuality and reality has been designed and constructed, a practical teaching system for intelligent factory production line optimization has been developed, and multi-dimensional practical assessments have been carried out. By integrating methods such as virtuality and reality combination, product lifecycle management, value stream mapping, and process data analysis, it enhances students' systematic thinking and their ability to solve complex engineering problems. The practical results show that the practical mode combining virtuality and reality has effectively improved the teaching quality of intelligent factory practice. This practical teaching system can more efficiently achieve the optimization goals of intelligent factory production lines and provide a new idea and path for the practical teaching of intelligent manufacturing.
