高职实践教学适应性改革——以开放式迭代创新训练平台的研制为例

Adaptive Reform of Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational Education-Taking the development of an open iterative innovation training platform as an example

  • 摘要: 通过实践教学是提升学生迭代创新能力一种有效途径。将教师前瞻性科研成果与高职实践创新教学内容相融合,结合高职工科人才培养目标及工程实践标准,针对一种超弹性薄膜材料双轴拉伸试验装置进行了迭代改进。在详细剖析原结构功能基础上,运用PDCA循环针对拉伸方案、机械结构、控制系统、检测方式进行迭代改进,打造一款“三位一体”的迭代创新训练平台。在该平台上完成的超弹性薄膜材料性能测试获得更高的精度,满足了学生的迭代创新能力训练要求,也为类似材料拉伸、测试等工程实践应用提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: Enhancing students’ iterative and innovative abilities through practical teaching is an effective means. Amalgamated the progressive scientific research achievements with innovative teaching content within vocational training, integrated the talent cultivation objectives and engineering practice standards for higher vocational engineering education, and a biaxial tensile testing device for hyperelastic thin film materials was suffered iteratively improved. Through a detailed analysis of the initial structural functionalities, the PDCA cycle has been employed to iteratively refine the stretching methodology, mechanical architecture, control system, and detection techniques, thereby establishing a “trinity” iterative innovation training platform. The performance testing of hyperelastic thin film materials completed on this platform has achieved higher accuracy, meeting the training requirements of students’ iterative innovation ability, and providing useful references for engineering practice applications such as material stretching and testing.
