可视化相变储热实验教学平台设计与实践

Designing and Practice of an Experimental Teaching Platform for Visual Phase Change Thermal Storage

  • 摘要: 依托国家储能技术产教融合创新平台,面向储能科学与工程专业的本科生,本文搭建了基于石蜡固液相变的可视化相变储热教学实验平台,并设计了实验原理、实验仪器、实验过程、实验数据处理计算和误差分析等教学环节。通过结合传热传质基础理论与动手实践,强化学生对相变储热的储释能基本原理和相变储热过程中固液相界面演变等关键过程相关知识的认识和理解,促进学生分析和解决问题能力。该实验平台功能完善,可操作性强,能加深学生对储能领域相关理论教学内容的理解,满足学科实验教学需求与学生的研究实践,为储能科学与工程专业实验教学发展提供重要参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the National Energy Storage Technology Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform, aimed at undergraduate students in energy storage science and engineering, a visual phase change heat storage teaching experiment platform based on paraffin solid-liquid phase change is established in this paper. The teaching links such as experimental principle, experimental equipment, experimental operation steps, experimental data processing and calculation and error analysis are designed. Through the combination of heat and mass transfer with hands-on practice, it can strengthen the students’ knowledge and understanding of the basic principle of energy storage and release of phase change heat storage and the evolution of solid-liquid phase interface in the process of phase change heat storage. Meanwhile, the students' participation and problem-solving ability are improved. The experimental platform has perfect functions and strong operability, which can deepen students’ understanding of the theoretical teaching content related to the energy storage field. It can also meet the needs of disciplinary experimental teaching and students' research practice, further providing an important reference for the development of experimental teaching in the energy storage science and engineering major.
