基于PDCA理念的高校实验室普通生物废弃物处置平台建设与应用

The Construction and Application of a Laboratory Biological Waste Disposal Platform for Universities Based on the PDCA Cycle

  • 摘要: 本文围绕高校实验室普通生物废弃物管理中存在的问题,构建基于PDCA循环的实验室普通生物废弃物集中处理平台,旨在提升高校实验室生物安全管理水平与环境治理成效。围绕“分类收集、集中灭菌、数字管理、闭环流程”的目标,建立“制定−实施−反馈−改进”的循环模式,建设生物废弃物集中灭菌点,统一进行普通生物废弃物无害化处理。结果表明,平台运行效果良好,普通生物废弃物处理量趋于稳定,来源集中,类型明确,废弃物处理效率显著提升,实验室环境与安全水平有效改善。本研究创新性地将PDCA管理模型与数字化手段融合应用于高校实验室废弃物管理,具有较强的可操作性与推广价值,适用于高校生物类实验室。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses challenges in managing common biological waste within university laboratories. A centralized disposal platform was established based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management cycle. Following the “plan–implementation–monitor–improvement” framework, the platform enables categorized collection, centralized sterilization, digital supervision, and closed-loop processing of waste. A dedicated sterilization site was set up to ensure uniform and harmless treatment. Results show that the platform stabilizes processing volumes, consolidates waste sources, clarifies waste categories, and significantly improves efficiency, while enhancing laboratory safety and environmental conditions. This study innovatively integrates the PDCA model with laboratory waste management, demonstrating strong operability and applicability for common biological laboratories.
