交叉学科融合下高校实验动物中心的建设与发展

Construction and Development of Laboratory Animal Center under interdisciplinary integration

  • 摘要: 实验动物作为遗传背景明确和微生物质量受控制的活体研究材料,是我国生命科学研究、医药成果转化等领域不可或缺的战略支撑。实验动物中心已成为我国高等院校培养一流创新型人才、建设一流学科生态和拓宽科学研究渠道的重要阵地。在“交叉学科融合”的背景下,高校实验动物中心正面临从传统服务模式向综合化、智能化转型的挑战。以四川大学实验动物中心建设为实例,分别从实验动物学课程改革、实验技术服务新模式、动物福利伦理和管理成本核算等方面,探讨了高校实验动物中心建设中的关键性问题,为高校“双一流”建设和发展提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Laboratory animals, as living research materials with clear genetic background and microbial quality control, are indispensable strategic support in the fields of life science research and medical achievement transformation. The Laboratory Animal Center has become a critical position for universities to train top-notch innovative talents, build first-class discipline ecology and improve the level of scientific research. Under the background of “interdisciplinary integration”, university laboratory animal centers are facing the challenge of transforming from traditional service mode to integrated and intelligent. Taking the construction of Laboratory Animal Center of Sichuan University as an example, this article explores the key issues in the construction of Laboratory Animal Center from the aspects of reform of Laboratory Animal Science curriculum, new model of laboratory technology service, animal welfare and ethics, and management costing, which provide a new ideal for the construction and development of “double first-class”.
