科教融合实验教学:太阳能界面蒸发水处理

Experimental Teaching of Science and Education Integration: Solar Interface Evaporation for Water Treatment

  • 摘要: 随着新型水处理技术的不断发展,传统的《环境工程中水污染控制实验》已难以满足环境工程领域本科人才的培养质量要求。本研究探索将水污染控制领域的研究热点—太阳能界面蒸发技术融入环境工程本科实验教学,设计了基于生物炭−海藻酸钠复合气凝胶材料的高效太阳能界面蒸发探索型实验项目。该实验涵盖复合气凝胶材料的制备条件优化、太阳能界面蒸发装置的搭建、蒸发性能测试与评价等内容。本实验教学显著提升了学生的科研素养与实验操作能力,激发了学生参与大学生创新计划、国家大学生创新竞赛等学科竞赛的热情,取得了良好的教学效果。同时,本实验也为学院其他专业教师开展综合实验设计提供了可借鉴的思路。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of new water treatment technology, the traditional "Environmental Engineering Water Pollution Control Experiment" has been difficult to meet the quality requirements of environmental engineering field talent training. This study explores the integration of solar interface evaporation technology into undergraduate experimental teaching in environmental engineering. An exploratory experimental project was designed to investigate the efficient solar interface evaporation using biochar-sodium alginate composite aerogel. The experiment covers the optimization of the preparation conditions of composite aerogel, the construction of solar energy interface evaporation device, and the evaporation performance evaluation. This experimental teaching has significantly enhanced students research literacy and experimental operational skills, stimulated their enthusiasm for participating in academic competitions such as the National Undergraduate Innovation Program and the National Undergraduate Innovation Competition, and achieved excellent teaching outcomes. Additionally, this experiment provides reference ideas for faculty members from other disciplines within the college to conduct comprehensive experimental designs.
