Construction Planning and Test Rules for Laboratory of Transmission Electron Microscope

  • 摘要: 实验室建设规划、运行管理及测试技术是场发射透射电子显微镜性能指标的重要保障。由于电镜安装与运行的环境要求苛刻,对电磁、振动、噪声、波动等干扰的处理方案都在规划与建设过程中对应落实。目前,基于大型仪器开放共享的理念,结合前期的调研与实践,电镜实验室采用教−助−研一体化的管理模式。在保障仪器状态的前提下,将人员配比与时间安排最优化。此外,测试技术中的样品制备方法对电镜分析成效影响巨大,即不同类型的样本需应用不同的制样方法。所以,科学合理的实验室设计与规划、完善的软硬件配套、规范标准的测试操作、严格严谨的管理模式、及时的维护处理对电镜实验室的长治久安极为重要。

     

    Abstract: Laboratory construction planning, operation management and test technology are important guarantees for the performance indicators of field emission transmission electron microscopes. Due to the harsh environmental requirements for installation and operation of electron microscope, processing schemes for interference factors of electromagnetic wave, vibration, noise, fluctuation and others are implemented in the process of construction planning. At present, based on the concept of openly sharing of large-scale instruments, previous research and practice, the electron microscope laboratory adopts an integrated management mode of teaching-assistance-research. The personnel ratio and time arrangement are optimized on the premise of the performance guarantee of instrument. In addition, the sample preparation method, as a part of test technology, has a great influence on effectiveness of electron microscope analysis, that is, samples of different types need to apply different preparation methods. Therefore, reasonable laboratory designing and planning, complete hardware and software supporting, standard test operation, strict and rigorous management, and timely maintenance process are extremely important for the long-term stability of electron microscope laboratory.
