Abstract:
Aiming at the core requirements of engineering practice ability and innovative thinking for the training of new engineering talents, a set of steady-state simulation experiment platform for thermal system of power plant suitable for undergraduate teaching is designed and developed. Based on the secondary development of power plant integrated optimization software, the platform encapsulates the simulation module of the main equipment of the thermal system of the power plant, supports students to build the system and set the parameters independently, can visually display the process flow, and quickly calculate the key economic indicators such as thermal efficiency. The platform is suitable for basic verification experiments and comprehensive innovative experiments of thermal energy and power majors in colleges and universities. Through simulation experiments, it can not only help students deepen their understanding of the structure of thermal system, the circulation characteristics of working fluid and the law of energy conversion, but also effectively improve their engineering modeling ability and problem analysis and solution ability, and provide an efficient solution for the experimental teaching reform of thermal power plants under the background of new engineering.
