Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the high-precision motion control system not only improves the tracking accuracy, but also improves the dynamic performance and anti-disturbance performance of the system, a High-Gain Loop Shaping with Integral Reset ( HGLS-IR) method is proposed. Firstly, the hysteresis mathematical model of the piezoelectric locator is established by collecting the data of the experimental platform. Then, in order to improve the tracking performance and dynamic performance of the piezoelectric locator, the design method of HGLS-IR is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experimental platform. The design of experimental teaching is conducive to deepening the experimental content, so that students can better apply the control theory knowledge to engineering practice, and cultivate innovative talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
