Abstract:
To respond to the national strategy of educational digitization and emerging engineering talent cultivation requirements, this paper addresses key pain points in university industrial robotics practical teaching, including insufficient personalized instruction, low teaching quality, inadequate digital competence cultivation, theory-practice disconnection, and limited teaching resources. Supported by the OBE educational philosophy and DMAIC process optimization model, an intelligent practical teaching system is constructed by integrating offline simulation, online simulation, offline physical practice, and Fanya online teaching platform. Phased results indicate that this model effectively breaks the limitations of traditional practical teaching, improves teaching efficiency and quality, enhances students’ digital literacy, engineering practice and innovation abilities, and provides a referable path for practical teaching reform in industrial robotics and similar engineering majors.
