材料学科实验室安全分级准入培训体系构建

Construction of Hierarchical Access Training System for Laboratory Safety in Materials Science

  • 摘要: 为落实教育部《高等学校实验室安全分级分类管理办法(试行)》要求,针对高校材料学科实验室安全事故频发、培训体系缺失、分级准入不精准等问题,构建契合材料学科特点的安全分级准入培训体系。采用文献调研、需求分析与系统设计相结合的方法,搭建基础通识、专业操作、事故应急三级模块化课程,制定差异化分级准入学时标准,研发“二维码−风险等级−学时缺口”自动映射管理系统。试点应用结果表明,该体系可规范人员准入流程,提升安全培训覆盖率,有效降低材料学科实验室安全隐患与事故发生率。

     

    Abstract: In response to the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s Measures for the Hierarchical and Classified Management of Laboratory Safety in Higher Education Institutions (Trial), a safety hierarchical access training system tailored to the characteristics of materials science laboratories is constructed to address frequent safety accidents, inadequate training systems, and imprecise hierarchical access in such laboratories. Adopting a combined method of literature research, demand analysis and system design, a three-level modular curriculum covering basic general knowledge, professional operation and accident emergency response is established, differentiated credit standards for hierarchical access are formulated, and an automatic mapping management system of “QR code-risk level-credit gap” is developed. Pilot application results show that the system standardizes personnel access procedures, improves the coverage of safety training, and effectively reduces potential safety hazards and accident rates in materials science laboratories.
