环已烯制备实验的改进与探讨

Improvement and Exploration of the Preparation of Cyclohexene

  • 摘要: 环已烯的制备实验中,催化剂的选择和温度的控制是反应的关键因素,特别是催化剂的选择对反应的影响较大。实验教材中环已烯的制备选用浓硫酸(或浓磷酸)作催化剂,存在着副反应多、选择性差、不能重复使用和废酸的污染等问题。为了使环已烯的制备实验安全、环保和催化效果理想,制备了SO42-/NaHSO4/C催化剂,对环已烯的制备实验进行了改进。结果表明,该催化剂是一类优质、环保和可重复利用的催化剂。

     

    Abstract: The preparation process of cyclohexene is affected greatly by catalyst and reaction temperature. The synthesis of cyclohexene is usually catalyzed by oil of vitriol or phosphoric acid in the textbook of experiments. Although this way is very classical,the production rate is relatively low. At the same time,the causticity of oil of vitriol is too strong,with seriously carbonized,which somewhat handicaps the manipulation. A new method of preparing cyclohexene with SO42-/NaHSO4/C as catalyst was discussed. The result shows that the catalyst is excellent catalyst for preparing cyclohexene by dehydration of cyclohexanol. It also has high yield and the catalyst can be used repeatedly with non-pollution.
