纳米TiO2制备及光催化学生创新实验

Innovation Experiment of TiO2 Preperation and Its Photocatalyst Performance for Undergraduate

  • 摘要: 针对目前本科实验教学计划,学院化学工程与工艺专业实验室开设创新性实验,以纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化剂的制备、表征和性能评价作为试点实验。学生通过查阅文献资料,制订不同的实验方案制备纳米二氧化钛光催化剂,掌握了表征该催化剂及评价该催化剂性能的方法。通过该实验,学生的文献调研能力、实验设计能力和实验组织能力得到有效提高;通过对实验结果的对比、讨论和分析,提高了学生发现问题及解决问题的能力,实现了创新性实验的教学目的。

     

    Abstract: Innovative experiments are offered in chemical engineering and Technology Specialty Laboratory according to current syllabus of experiments for undergraduates.Preparation,characterization and performance evaluation of nano TiO2 photocatalyst are chosen as the first innovative experiment.During this experiment,students developed different experimental routes to prepare nano TiO2 photocatalyst after a review of related literature,and they grasped different methods to characterize the prepared photocatalyst and evaluate its performance.The students’ abilities on literature research,experimental design and organization have been improved.In addition,the ability of students’ problem finding and solving skills has been practiced by comparison,discussion and analysis of the experiment,which achieved the purpose to offer innovative experiments.
