浮头式气液混合装置的设计

Design of a Floating Head Gas-Liquid Mixer

  • 摘要: 针对市售气液混合添加装置压力不稳定问题,设计了浮头式气液混合装置。该装置采用浮头式添加方法,在不需外力驱动下实现液体平稳自动添加,压力根据添加的实际情况进行调节。该装置主要有储液罐、加液罐和混合罐,储液罐里设有轻质伸缩管和浮头。在一定压力下,可利用精细雾化喷头对液体添加剂进行雾化,从而更好地与天然气进行混合,实现添加剂的平稳均匀添加。该装置可应用于天然气焊接、切割作业,有利于提高作业质量,大幅降低作业成本和安全成本。

     

    Abstract: To solve pressure instability of the commercially available gas-liquid mixture adding device,the floating head type is designed.The device uses the floating head to dose,which could make the liquid added stably and automatically without external force and the pressure adjusted according to the actual situation.It consists of storage tank with lightweight telescopic pipe and floating head,dosing tank and mixing tank.Under the condition of a certain pressure,it can make use of fine atomization nozzle to atomize liquid additives so that they can mix with natural gas better and be added stably.The device can be used for welding and cutting operations,which is beneficial to improving the work quality and reducing the cost of operation and safety.
