基于N:N网络的光机电一体化实训装置改造

Reform in Training Device of the Opto-Mechatronics System Based on N:N Network

  • 摘要: 为改善学校电气自动化专业实训教学条件,开发出符合学校教学实际的实训装置,形成集基础实验、验证实验、技能实操和设计创新为一体的实训系统。介绍了实训装置改造的基本思想、改造内容以及具体改造的实现过程。利用N:N网络改造光机电一体化实训装置,将机械手单元作为主站,上料单元、分拣单元作为两个从站。通过装置训练可使学生掌握PLC及其功能模块应用技术、电气控制技术、变频器技术、传感器技术、触摸屏及组态技术等工业控制技术。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the practice teaching conditions of the electrical automation,and develop training devices to meet the school’s teaching practice,forming a set of basic experiments,verifying experiments,practice and training,the design innovation as one of the training devices.This paper introduces the basic idea of the reconstruction,reforming contents and the specific implementation process of transformation.Reform training devices of the opto-mechatronics system based on N:N network as the master station of manipulator.Feeding unit and sorting unit are treated as two slave stations.By means of the practice training using this device,the students can understand the PLC and its functional module application technology,electric control technology,inverter technology,sensor technology,touch screen and configuration technology industrial control technology,etc.
