Formulation and Exploration of an Enterprise Training Program for “Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan”

摘要: 培养卓越工程师的核心和难点在于“卓越计划”企业培养方案的实施完成，结合河海大学 “卓越计划”企业培养方案制定与实施过程中遇到的实际问题，从企业培养方案实施的保障措施、企业培养方案的制定与实施，加强过程管理等方面进行了实践和探索，以期为参与高校提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The core and difficulty for cultivating excellent engineer is how to implement the enterprise training program.According to the practical problem during the formulation and implementation of the enterprise training program in Hohai University,this paper researches and explores several aspects,such as:the safeguards for implementing the enterprise training program ,the formulation and implementation of the enterprise training program ,the enhancement of the process management.All of this aims to provide constructive references for other colleges.
