迈克尔逊干涉仪分光板和补偿板的改进

  • 摘要: 在迈克尔逊干涉仪的使用过程中,发现当分光板和补偿板两板之间不平行和两板不垂直于导轨时会对实验测量的误差产生巨大的影响,而且还会加大实验操作的难度。针对上述问题提出了将相互平行的分光板和补偿板改为相互垂直的L型的解决方案,这样就从结构上解决了两板位型偏差的问题。对改进后的仪器经过多次实验分析,干涉图样的短轴长轴比由0.60提高到0.80,测量光波长的相对误差由2.4提高到了1.7。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,experimental measurement error will produce when the spectroscopical plane and compensator is not parallel to each other and two plates are not perpendicular to the guide rail.In addition,it will also cause the difficulty of the operation of the experiment.And we put forward the spectroscopical plane and compensator to be an L type to solve the problem of two board type deviation.After many experiments,the short axis ratio of the interference pattern is increased from 0.60 to 0.80,and the relative error of the measured optical wavelength is increased from 2.4 to 1.7.
