基于信息时代发酵工程课程实验教学改革探索
Exploration of Experiment Teaching Reform of Fermentation Engineering Courses Based on the Information Era

摘要: 为了更好地调动学生的主观能动性,该文结合以往的相关改革实践,对发酵工程实验的时间、内容以及教育方式方法等方面进行了一系列的改革探索。实践表明,通过设计性和创新性实验的开展,学生更多地利用计算机网络获取信息,学生的实验技能和综合素养得到了提高,不仅获得了学院和学校的创新性实验课题经费的支持,还多次在“挑战杯”等技能比赛中取得好成绩,学术论文也得到了发表。Abstract: In order to better mobilize the students’ subjective initiative,we carried on some reform measures,such as a series of reform and exploration on the time and content of fermentation engineering experiment,as well as the methods of education and so on.The results showed that many students have won the support of the school for its innovative experimental research funding,and several times in the“Challenge Cup”and other skills competition to get good results and published academic papers.Through the development of design and innovative experiments,students get more information on the use of computing network,students’ experiment skills and comprehensive quality has been improved.
