Abstract: The liquid state NMR spectrometer is a necessary test instrument used in academic community including organic, analytical, chemical engineering and material discipline. A novel open-access and the management mode, namely teachers professional management, students’ specialized training and equipment operation by themselves, and user accounts authorized grading test was proposed. It displays the features of simplicity and reliability, maximized equipment machine, saving appointment time and realizing automatic real-time sending data, which promotie an open service for large-scale instrument and equipment platform and achieving resource sharing.
