研究生机械动力学教学科研相结合的探讨

摘要: 随着机械结构向轻量化方向的发展,机械动力学分析方法广为采用。传统的课题教学过程中以抽象的公式推导为主,学生很难理解其实际含义。通过设计动力学分析的相关实验,将理论分析与实验操作相结合,学生感触了具有真实物理意义的模态参数;另一方面,将实验分析过程导入学生的科研活动,让学生自主开发相关分析实验,扩展达到学生应用理论和实验方法解决实际问题的能力。教学实践表明,理论、实验和科研相融合的分析方法,对提高教学质量、提升学生动手能力、发展科研探索有很好的价值,尤其在工程学的专业硕士培养有很好的推广价值。Abstract: With the development of mechanical structure to the direction of lightweight, the flexibility of the member gradually increases, thus the dynamic analysis method taking the member as a conventional rigid body is no longer applicable. Appropriately increasing the relevant experiment of the modal analysis mechanical in the teaching process of the mechanical dynamic, combining vibration mode theory of dynamics machinery with experiment operation, to solve the intrinsic mode of the actual object to be application and validation of related theories, modal theory allows students more in-depth understanding which is very innovative. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the complex modal analysis by cantilever test to help the students have a deeper understanding of the modal parameters which have the real physical meaning. Then the writer tries to introduce the experimental analysis of the process to the research activities to improve the quality of teaching, enhance the quality of students, and achieve the purpose of scientific exploration. With reasonable modeling and analyzing, also credible results, this paper has good application value.
