蔗糖溶液旋光效应的实验研究

Experiment Study of Rotation Effect of Sucrose Solution

  • 摘要: 采用自行搭建的旋光仪分别测量了不同波长的入射单色光对不同浓度蔗糖溶液旋光度的影响,分析了蔗糖溶液旋光率随波长的变化关系,并对蔗糖溶液的左旋、右旋特性进行判断。自行搭建的实验装置有助于对旋光效应产生更直观的认识和理解,对教学内容起到丰富和拓展作用。该装置也适用于对液体、固体等旋光介质旋光效应的测量。

     

    Abstract: The effect of rotation angel on different concentration sucrose solution in different light sources is measured. The modified instrument can analyze the trend of rotation rate changes with the light source wavelength. Through rotating polarization analyzer, the sucrose solution attribute of left rotation or light rotation is measured. It is proven that the experiment instrument is used for a more intuitive and more profound understanding of the effect rotation, which enriches and expands the experiment teaching contents. In addition to the liquid media, the measurement method is also suitable for the solid media.
