基于创新能力培养的食品化学实验考试改革

Examination Reform of Food Chemistry Experiment for Innovative Abilities Training

  • 摘要: 由于我国传统的实验考试内容形式单一,不利于学生的自主学习和创造性思维。该文就学校转型发展下食品专业的性质,结合多年的教学实践,通过加大实验操作部分考核比例、拓宽考核面、注重考核的多元化和综合性以及引入校企联合考核机制等方法对食品化学实验考试内容、考试范围、评分标准、考试形式以及考后信息反馈等方面进行了改革尝试,以期待更好地引导学生学习和能力的提升。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of the experiment examination is to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative thinking. The content and form of the traditional experimental tests are not conductive to the students’ autonomous learning and creative thinking. In this paper, the examination reforms of examination content, examination scope, standard for evaluation and examination form, after examination of the information feedback of food chemistry experiment were tried according to increasing the experimental operation evaluation scale, broadening the range of examination oriented evaluation of diversified and comprehensive cooperation and the introduction of evaluation mechanism, to guide and improve the students’ learning ability.
