农科专业分子遗传学实验教学改革探索

Practice and Exploration about Experimental Teaching Reformation of Molecular Genetics in Agricultural Science

  • 摘要: 为了适应分子遗传学技术在农业领域日趋广泛的应用,培养高素质的农科人才,广西大学农科专业分子遗传实验教学进行了循序渐进地改革实践。不仅通过实验课演示巩固理论知识,还发掘其高新技术教育的实用价值和趣味性,结合学科发展趋势和人才培养目标,立足重要理论的演示和知识巩固,兼顾实用高新技术教育,集中力量开好几个关键实验。实践表明,改革提高了学生的参与积极性、克服了学生对较前沿知识和技术的畏难和神秘感,有效提升了学生的专业技能和创新信心。

     

    Abstract: In order to accommodate the rapid development of molecular genetics and the wide use of its technology increasingly in agriculture, cultivate agricultural students of high quality, the reform of molecular genetics experiment teaching was put into practice progressively for the agricultural professional students of Guangxi University. Demonstration of experiment class not only consolidates the theoretical knowledge traditionally, but also explores the role of the technical education, combining with the subject development trend and talent cultivation objectives. The molecular genetics experimental teaching reform based on the important theoretical demonstration and consolidates knowledge, combining practical education of new and high technology focus on several key open experiments. Practice shows that the reform improve the students’ enthusiasm to participate, to overcome the difficulties of the students for advanced knowledge and technology and mystery, effectively enhance the confidence of the students’ professional skills and innovation.
