以学生创新基地建设促进卓越工程师培养

Promote the Cultivation of Outstanding Engineer Based on the Construction of Innovation Base

  • 摘要: 为满足“工业4.0”对人才培养的需要,该文首先开展了校企合作共建“嵌入式系统应用”校内大学生创新基地的探索;其次在“嵌入式系统应用”创新基地组织学生开展“大学生创新性实验计划”项目的研究;最后以学生创新基地为平台组织学生开展MCU模型车竞赛。实践结果表明,这些措施可以有效培养学生的工程素质,提高学生的创新能力,达到促进卓越工程师教育培养的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to satisfy the need of “industry 4.0” for outstanding engineer, we firstly carry out the exploration of “embedded system application” student innovation base co-constructed by school-enterprise cooperation. Secondly, students are directed to do project of student innovation experiment in “embedded system application” student innovation base. Thirdly, the innovation base serves as a platform and holds a MCU model car competition. The practice results proved that the methods could effectively improve students’ engineering skills and enhance their innovation ability, so it could improve quality of outstanding engineer.
