研究型XRD实验教学模式的优化与实践

  • 摘要: 该文以合成纳米碳化钨(WC)为例设计了一个研究型的XRD实验,利用XRD分析技术对碳化钨(WC)的制备过程中生成的W、W2C、WC进行定性定量分析和晶粒尺寸测定,以指导改进和完善制备工艺与配方。通过这一具体的材料制备工艺分析来说明X射线衍射分析技术在材料研究中的重要作用。该实验具有研究性和探索性, 打破了以往实验多为验证性实验的局面。实践表明,通过这类创新性和综合性实验的训练,学生的自主学习能力、实践能力、创新能力得到明显地提高。

     

    Abstract: The paper designs a research XRD experiment based on an example of synthesis of tungsten carbide (WC).By using XRD technique, the W, W2C and WC phases which generated from the process of WC fabrication are determined for qualitative, quantitative and grain-size analysis, aiming to guide and improve preparation skill and formula.We further indicate the importance of XRD analysis in the material researches via this study.Finally, the work possesses the values of research and exploration, as well as distinguishes from the traditional confirmative experiments.
