Abstract: Management of large-scale instruments and equipments in university public laboratory is proposed.Current status of large instruments managements is reported and the problems were analyzed.Moreover, some suggestions are made in order to tighten up the managements and increase the use efficiency, which are able to meet the demands of high-level talent in university.
