Abstract: This paper introduces the method and problem that should be paid attention to of establishing qualification certification system in university test center.Based on the comprehensive application for its management requirements and technical demands and according to the requirement of laboratory, this paper discusses the application of qualification certification from personnel、instrument、teaching management、third party inspection.Some proposals on scientific management are put forward for the CMA university testing center.This paper has an important significance for the construction of university test center.
