Abstract: The experimental technical team is the main force in laboratory construction and management, also the important safeguard for teaching and scientific research; it plays a decisive role in improving the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating innovative talents.The current situations of experimental technical team construction were analyzed.To strengthen the construction of the experimental technical team, a series of countermeasures and safeguard measures were pointedly put forward to meet the needs of higher education reform development.
