热释电红外探测实验装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Pyroelectric Infrared Detector of Experimental Device

  • 摘要: 该文分析介绍了热释电红外传感器的结构和工作原理,设计了热释电红外探测实验装置。人体辐射的红外光通过热释电红外传感器转换成微弱的电压信号,经带通滤波放大,由窗口比较电路输出高电平,经延时电路,驱动二极管发光。实验内容包括红外信号处理实验、响应距离特性实验。分析介绍了电路原理及实验方法。利用该实验装置开发了热释电红外报警器、红外自动开关等实际应用电路。实验装置应用于河南大学电子信息科学与技术、测控技术与仪器等专业进行红外探测实验,并开展创新设计。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the pyroelectric infrared detector of experimental device is designed, and the structure and working principle of pyroelectric infrared sensor are introduced.The infrared radiation of human body is changed into a faint voltage signal by the pyroelectric infrared sensor.The voltage signal is magnified by a band pass filter, and a high electrical level is exported from the window comparison circuit, which drives the diode emitting.The experimental contents contain the infrared signal processing and response to the distance characteristic experiments.The circuit principle and experimental method were introduced and analyzed.By using this experimental device, some actual application circuits, such as pyroelectric infrared alarm and infrared automatic switch were developed.This experimental device was applied to infrared detection experiment and innovation design for the students in the departments of electronics science and technology, and controlling technology and equipment of Henan University.
